I recently had the pleasure of visiting this mall, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. The mall is not only architecturally stunning but also exceptionally well-maintained and organized. In addition, the mall boasts an impressive selection of retail outlets, so many restaurants and a wide seating area inside and outside as well. It is perfect for both shopping and leisure. I highly recommend this mall to anyone looking for a vibrant and enjoyable day out.
In the corridors there’s phone accessories to buy. They were tricking me to pay 650sar! I wanted 2 phone cases; one of the women told me to place the glass/film on the screen, I said ok let me see. She came back with the phone and the portable machine to pay. I look it showed 650sar!! I asked if it mistake why so much money. Than she showed me an open box of of dark film for the phone costing 499sar! I didn’t ask for that, than all of them trying to make a discount are saying how nice was this one. I kept saying I didn’t even see if she put that one she is showing me… It was explained in Arabic to them on the phone. An employee of the mall also went and spoke. The woman started to take photos of me. Until I lost my patience! Be careful, see what they do and do NOT trust!! See the amount on the machine first.

An employee informed me that the store would only open an hour later due to inventory being conducted. Now is going to be 2 hours already and still not open! I must admit, this was quite disappointing; especially considering I came from far specially for this shop, expecting the store to be open as advertised.
